I would first deactivate all of the NFCU accounts. This process may not work if any is left connected. Next, select the (+) as if you are adding a new account, locate the credit union and sign in, you will be given an option to link the account accounts to the existing accounts. This will allow you to reactivate all of the accounts at once.

Navy Federal accounts not added. Is anybody having trouble connecting to Navy Federal Credit Union? Quicken uses Intuit to connect to Navy Federal. After I authorized my accounts (all listed) at Navy Federal, Quicken returned that it couldn't find any accounts to add. Attempting to link on a new file returned the same results.
Our teams have discovered that users attempting to add their Navy Federal Credit Union accounts are getting a message saying, "Sign into Navy Federal Credit Union failed, try again" in Quicken Classic for Quicken for Windows. This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (routing number 231381116) and Cross Valley Federal Credit Union (routing number 231386881) failing to download new transactions/balances. I've deactivated and tried to reactive but now Quicken will not connect to either institution. This makes me sure that it is a Quicken product problem.
