I think this is incorrect because this is a list of English words. It isn't a list of Korean words and their current romanisations. The correct English spelling is currently 'kimchi' (1.8 million Google hits), not 'gimchi' (23,700 Google hits). The English spelling might change, but it hasn't at this time.
