"Doors" is the third episode of the third season of the American television comedy-drama The Bear. It is the 21st overall episode of the series and was written by series creator Christopher Storer from a story he co-wrote with co-producer Will Guidara, and directed by co-producer Duccio Fabbri.

Storer wrote four of the eight episodes, and co-showrunner Joanna Calo wrote two. The rest of the episodes were written by Sofya Levitsky-Weitz, Karen Joseph Adcock, Catherine Schetina and Rene Gube. Calo said, "Having a penultimate episode where things fall apart is very Structure 101. Our dialogue is so stripped back, you find the need to let your camera do more work."
