National Diploma in Technology (NDT) is a three-year full-time (two years course study followed by one year industry based work training) engineering program for technologists. At present it is conducted by the Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa .
Across the following years, the company developed in being as well a provider for NDT training & certification (NAS410/EN4179), services and products. This led to the creation of several Testia sites in France, Mexico (2011), UK (2013), Germany (2013), Spain (2013), Singapore (2014) and Canada (2018).
The school was initially established in 1968 as Basa Air Base Community College under AFP Regulation G.168-342 issued by the Armed Forces of the Philippines dated April 1968 under the Department of National Defense to address the problem plaguing the 5th Fighter Wing of the Philippine Air Force stationed at Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga.
