Luis Vicente Cabrera Lobato (17 July 1876 – 12 April 1954) was a Mexican lawyer, politician and writer. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] His pen name for his political essays was "Lic. Blas Urrea" ; [ 3 ] the more literary works he wrote as "Lucas Rivera" .
