In Georgia the schools on the good half of our cities compete fairly well and have student populations that mostly become university students and can get into some top colleges. Our university system and our Hope Scholarship program are pretty strong.
I was reading this list of colleges and universities in Georgia. Note that the returned list contains schools not in Georgia for some reason. I filtered those out. For the schools that had graduation statistics, the graduation rates are telling. I sorted them in descending order. Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta - 90%

Here's a modern-day Sears Osborn - a contemporary house (built in the last 10 years I'd guess) that's a replica of the 1920 version of the Osborn.
