Taoguang Yanghui (Traditional Chinese: 韜光養晦; Simplified Chinese: 韬光养晦; English: Hide your strength, bide your time) is a political slogan of the People's Republic of China that describes an approach toward the international community and is commonly attributed to a speech by Deng Xiaoping.
