La Salle has a total of six championship titles in collegiate badminton. The men's badminton team captured their first and only championship title in UAAP Season 70. The women's badminton team were title holders in UAAP Season 65 and back-to-back champions in UAAP Season 67 and UAAP Season 68.
Philip Joper Escueta (born August 23, 1993) is a Filipino badminton player. [2] Escueta and his partner in men's doubles, Ronel Estanislao, won a bronze medal in the 2015 Southeast Asian Games. [3] Escueta currently coaches the Philippines national badminton team.
