Luigi's Mansion 3 [a] is a 2019 action-adventure video game developed by Next Level Games and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch.It is the third installment in the Luigi's Mansion series following Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and the second to be developed by Next Level Games.
The game was followed by two sequels – Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2013, and Luigi's Mansion 3, which was released for the Nintendo Switch in 2019. A remake of Luigi's Mansion for the 3DS, co-developed by Nintendo and Grezzo, was released in 2018.
An arcade cabinet based on Dark Moon ' s assets, titled Luigi's Mansion Arcade, was released to arcades worldwide on June 18, 2015.
