Legoland New York Resort is a theme park in Goshen, New York owned by Merlin Entertainments. Consisting 150 acres (61 ha) of seven Lego themed lands on a property of 500 acres (200 ha). The park contains numerous structures and attractions made of Lego or designed to resemble Lego.
A Sea Life aquarium is adjacent to Legoland California. In 2010, a water park opened on its grounds, as one of the only three of Legoland parks (Followed by Legoland Florida [Formerly known as Splash Island], Malaysia, and Dubai) to feature a water park. On 24 May 2014, an add-on was built for the water park, themed after Legends of Chima.

On January 19, 2012, Legoland California confirmed that they would build a new attraction for the 2012 season called Pirate Reef, a Hopkins shoot-the-chutes attraction. [3] It is themed to pirates and features 28 new Lego models for the park. The 28 new models are made out of 250,000 Lego bricks. [1]

On 15 October 2011, Merlin Entertainments opened their first new Legoland park, Legoland Florida, in Winter Haven, Florida. It is the largest Legoland opened to date at 145 acres, and only one of the Legoland parks opened in the United States.
