Network address translation (NAT), a mechanism that serves as a measure to mitigate the issue of IPv4 address exhaustion during the transition to IPv6, is accompanied by various limitations. The most troublesome among these limitations is the fact that NAT breaks many existing IP applications, and makes it more difficult to deploy new ones. [ 1 ]
The Internet checksum, [1] [2] also called the IPv4 header checksum is a checksum used in version 4 of the Internet Protocol (IPv4) to detect corruption in the header of IPv4 packets. It is carried in the IPv4 packet header, and represents the 16-bit result of the summation of the header words. [3] The IPv6 protocol does not use header checksums.
The Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) is a communications protocol used by hosts and adjacent routers on IPv4 networks to establish multicast group memberships. IGMP is an integral part of IP multicast and allows the network to direct multicast transmissions only to hosts that have requested them.

Happy Eyeballs (also called Fast Fallback) is an algorithm published by the IETF that makes dual-stack applications (those that understand both IPv4 and IPv6) more responsive to users by attempting to connect using both IPv4 and IPv6 at the same time (preferring IPv6), thus minimizing IPv6 brokenness and DNS whitelisting experienced by users that have imperfect IPv6 connections or setups.
In IPv4, the method is called link-local address autoconfiguration. [1] However, Microsoft refers to this as Automatic Private IP Addressing (APIPA) [3] or Internet Protocol Automatic Configuration (IPAC). The feature is supported in Windows since at least Windows 98. [4]
[7] [10] Experimental support for HTTP/3 was added to Safari Technology Preview on April 8, 2020 [18] and was included with Safari 14 that ships with iOS 14 and macOS 11, [11] [19] but it's still disabled by default as of Safari 16, on both macOS and iOS. [citation needed] On 6 June 2022, IETF published HTTP/3 as a Proposed Standard in RFC 9114 ...
Windows interaction – RTX / RTX64 provides separation from Windows. Windows processes cannot interfere with real-time applications. Windows processes cannot interfere with real-time applications. If Windows issues a STOP message or shutdown, real-time applications have the ability to continue running to shutdown safely.
