"Partyman" is a song by American musician Prince from his 1989 Batman album, and the follow-up to his number one hit, "Batdance". [1] The song is one of the few on the album to be prominently featured in the film, accompanying the scene in which the Joker and his minions deface exhibits in the Gotham City Art Museum before meeting Vicki Vale.

Partyman was the second single to be released from Prince’s eleventh album Batman (the motion picture soundtrack to the 1989 Tim Burton movie Batman). It was released two months after the album, and received a release around the world, continuing the successful commercial tie-in with the Tim Burton movie.
This song features in the scene of the 1989 film Batman where The Joker and his lackeys desecrate the Gotham City Art Museum - The Joker is the "Partyman." Prince did the soundtrack for the film, which includes the #1 hit " Batdance." Jack Nicholson portrayed The Joker in the movie.
