Edna "E" Mode [1] [2] [3] is a fictional character in Pixar's animated superhero film The Incredibles (2004) and its sequel Incredibles 2 (2018). She is an eccentric fashion designer renowned for creating the costumes of several famous superheroes, having worked particularly closely with Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl (Bob and Helen Parr), with whom she has remained friends.
She returns in Incredibles 2, offering to babysit Jack-Jack for an exhausted Bob, and upgrades Jack-Jack's suit with sensors that allow the family to track him and curb his newly manifested powers via remote control. The time she spends looking after Jack-Jack is the focus of the short Auntie Edna.

A short film entitled Auntie Edna was released in Autumn 2018 with the film's digital, DVD and Blu-ray release of Incredibles 2.
