To search by Attorney Information (by Name): Select Attorney. Select the Name radio button (default). Type in Last Name and First Name fields or use the wild card search as described in Searching Tips. Case Status, Date Filed and Case Types are optional fields. Click Search or press Enter. The search site is located on the Supreme Court's website at: Case Search & Pay Fines. An online search will show you record information maintained anywhere in the state. The site also allows searching court calendars, which gives court users information about court dates and times.
You may perform wildcard searches by using a wildcard asterisk (*) in the Last or First Name fields in both defendant/party name, attorney name, and business name searches. The NDCRI search engine looks for records that exactly match the information that you enter into the fields.
