Hi @Deactivated User (8s1i6) , A QR code activation is emailed to the primary email address of your Okta account, this is usually the same as your login. If you are having problems with this you will need to contact the organisation that has setup Okta for you to use and see if they can reset Okta Verify and/or your account so you get a new one.

The Okta LDAP Agent officially supports the following Operating Systems: CentOS 6 or newer. Debian 7 or newer.
