The 2021–22 George Mason Patriots Men's basketball team represented George Mason University during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The season was the 56th for the program, the first under head coach Kim English , and the ninth as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference .
George Mason was ranked #8 in the final NCAA Basketball polls that year, making that Mason's highest ever ranking in men's basketball. George Mason was nominated for 2 ESPY awards by ESPN. The Patriots were nominated for an ESPY in the category of "Best Moment," for making the Final Four after downing three highly favored opponents.
