Donald Gary Young (July 11, 1949 – May 12, 2018) was an American businessman specializing in essential oils and alternative medicine.He was the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Young Living, a Utah-based multi-level marketing company that sells essential oils and dietary supplements.
Young stepped down as CEO in 2015, and his third wife, Mary Young, assumed the role. [12] The company moved their corporate operations to Lehi, Utah, in 2014, receiving tax breaks in order to expand their operations, [4] and in 2017, started construction on their new corporate headquarters.
