Lusaka National Park is located to the south-east of the city of Lusaka in Zambia. It is Zambia's newest national park, established in 2011 and officially opened in 2015. It is also Zambia's smallest national park at 6,715 hectares. The park was established over an area that was previously forest reserve and is entirely fenced. [1] [2]

Cairo Road is the main thoroughfare of Lusaka, Zambia and the principal business, retail and service centre of the city. It is a section of the T2 road [1] and was so named because it is a link in Cecil Rhodes' then dream of a Cape to Cairo Road through British colonies in Africa.
Chelston is approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi), [1] by road, northeast of downtown Lusaka, north of the Great East Road which connects Lusaka and Chipata. To Chelston's west are the neighbourhoods of Munali and Kamanga. To the south is the Great East Road is the neighbourhood of Avondale.
