The Mid-Atlantic Air Museum (MAAM) is an aviation museum and aircraft restoration facility located at Reading Regional Airport in Reading, Pennsylvania. The museum, founded by Russ Strine, the current President, collects and actively restores historic war planes and classic airliners as well as rare civilian and military aircraft.

A great number of the items from the museum's original displays were donated from the personal collections of members of the Kentucky Aviation History Roundtable. The Roundtable is a local group of aviation enthusiasts, founded in 1978, who developed the idea of a permanent aviation museum at the Blue Grass Airport .
The museum is housed in the Curtiss Wright Hangar number two at St. Louis Downtown Airport, Cahokia Heights, Illinois. The adjacent Hangar one and two are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. [1] The Hangar was completed in March 1930 on the newly opened Curtiss-Stienburg airport.
The museum still stores aircraft and other artifacts at the Paul E. Garber Facility, but most storage and restoration functions have relocated to the Mary Baker Engen Restoration Hangar at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia. The facility is not open to the public. It opened to the public for tours in January 1977. [1]
In 1998 restoration on the B-25 was completed and it was delivered to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, Florida. [1] [6] In December 2002 Air Heritage acquired an F-24 C8C for restoration. [8] In August 2007 David Tallichet passed away and all MARC aircraft in the Air Heritage hangar were transferred out.
