A 17-year-old boy from Corcoran was killed in a fiery crash on Sunday evening. Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened around 10:40 p.m. on Highway 7 and County Road 101 in Minnetonka.

In 1982, Hopkins closed Eisenhower High School, located in a 1950s-era building along Highway 7, and renamed the remaining school Hopkins Senior High School.
