Anberlin is an American alternative rock band formed in Winter Haven, Florida, in 2002.Since the beginning of 2007, the band consists of lead vocalist Stephen Christian, guitarists Joseph Milligan and Christian McAlhaney, bassist Deon Rexroat, and drummer Nathan Young.
Anberlin released their fourth studio album and first on a major label, in September 2008. New Surrender peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard 200, the band's highest chart performance. The first single from the album was a re-recording of " Feel Good Drag ", which was originally from Never Take Friendship Personal .
