The Norwood Municipal Building, also known as Norwood City Hall, is a historic government building at 4645 Montgomery Road in Norwood, Ohio.The building was constructed in 1914-16 on the site of Norwood's first city hall, which was built in 1881.

Located within the City of Norwood's Water Tower Park at 656 feet (200 m) above sea level, the mound is the highest land elevation in Norwood and one of the highest elevations in all of southwest Ohio. The size, shape, and location of the mound suggest it was constructed by people of the Adena culture during the Pre-Columbian era. [4]
