Kentucky Route 368 is a 12.390-mile-long (19.940 km) rural secondary highway in western Scott County, northeastern Franklin County, and southern Owen County. The highway begins at KY 227 (Owenton Road) north of Stamping Ground. KY 368 heads northwest along Cedar Road, which immediately crosses LeCompte Creek.
Kentucky Route 2526 is a 0.325-mile-long (0.523 km) supplemental road in Sandy Hook in central Elliott County.The highway follows Kentucky Avenue on a U-shaped course around a grid of streets between a pair of intersections with KY 7 and KY 32, which run concurrently through the northern part of Sandy Hook.

The southern segment of KY 379 is a 6.751-mile-long (10.865 km) supplemental road in eastern Cumberland County. [1] The northern segment of KY 379, which extends 20.732 miles (33.365 km) in western Russell County, is a rural secondary highway from its southern terminus near Button north to KY 55 at Olga and a state secondary highway from Olga to its northern terminus in Russell Springs.
