Mahogany Homes comes out ~280xp per teak. Which is compared to 130xp per teak with Myth Cape Racks. Because you save out on a lot of teaks, if you don't already have the teak logs stockpiled, it's better to go with Mahogany Homes. As for xp rates: MH w/o plank sack: 120k xp/hr. MH w/ plank sack: 155k xp/hr.
I highly recommend doing Mahogany Homes as an Ironman (Guide) Discussion. This is the best method from 50-83 construction as it is easy, cheap and efficient. The time you would save gaining higher xp rates with mounted mythical capes is saved by collecting less teak logs (can be done passively through kingdom though) and making less teak planks.

80 is a big one, can +5 boost for fairy ring and rejuv pool and +7 boost for the jewellery box with crystal saw. Only useful lvl after 80 would be 83 so you can +7 boost for ornate pool. There aren't really that many, it's mostly just 47/50 for mounted glory/portal room, 70 for SotE, and 83 for a maxed house with boosts.
