The Convention Center District is an area in southern downtown Dallas, Texas . It lies south of the Government District , north of the Cedars , west of the Farmers Market District , and east of the Reunion District .
The ground floor contains a 38,000-square-foot (3,500 m 2) conference center with a 175-seat auditorium, a large cafeteria and a fitness center. There are seven 5-story atrium lobbies spaced throughout the tower with glass windows at each end.
