Nicholas Hoult was gorgeous, as usual. His go-to look seems to be very pale and deathly ill looking, which I actually find attractive. Same look as in Warm Bodies, but better. Nicholas Cage was hilarious! It was mostly thanks to his lines, but he played them the right way, and it came off well.
Nicholas Hoult solidifies run as unluckiest man in Hollywood with Superman snub. Superman: lost to David Corenswet. Batman: lost to Robert Pattinson. Top Gun: lost to Miles Teller. Mission Impossible 7: this role he actually got but he was not counting on Hulu to renew The Great and they did so he was forced to drop out.
Warner Bros. is releasing Clint Eastwood’s final (presumably) film in 50 theaters with no plan for wider release. This won’t help Nicholas Hoult’s reputation for having really bad luck. Rude way to treat a leading light at their studio for many decades, who produced many money-making hits. He's not producing blockbusters like he used to ...
Reportedly, it came down between Nicholas Hoult and Robert Pattinson for being in this new Batman movie and they chose Pattinson. I like Hoult a lot and prefer him to Pattinson as an actor, but even I wonder if he would've been right for Batman. He's a good actor though and probably would've pulled it off fine.
Nicholas Hoult is the most boring looking “actor” in the world. Actor is in quotes because he can’t act for shit. Affleck was a better Batman than anyone expected and Robert Pattinson is and will be terrible. Best Batman was Bale. They should probably take a break from Batman movies and recast someone from scratch.
No PR can erase those pictures of Holt and Hugh Jackman at Bryan Singer's airplane. Guess they're cashing in the baby route to diverge from his obvious gay life. Something tells me more Singer secrets will emerge. Hoult doesn't care who he has sex with as long as you are good looking or can further his career.
I'm glad I ignored the generally lukewarm reviews. It's a slow and quiet movie (except for the Battle of the Somme sequences) but the life of a young scholar/bookworm and budding philologist is unlikely to generate much screen excitement. Harry Gilby who plays the boy Tolkien shares a striking resemblance with Nicholas Hoult.
Who else is watching “The Great?”Elle Fanning and Nicholas Hoult are wonderful. It’s very amusing and I recommend it.Sadly, it will not be returning to Hulu for a fourth season.Huzzah!
Both Hoult has the black hair, pale skin and blue eyes but he's a bit too young looking and skinny. He needs to bulk up. He still looks healthy unlike Pattinson who looks like a zombie
Nicholas Hoult's incredible SKIN Couldn't find a single picture where his skin doesn't look absolutely flawless - believe me I've tried. No signs of aging whatsoever aside from some very slight fine lines in the under eye area.
