In 1952, Saint Joseph Catholic High School was built in 1790 Lake street in Ogden and serves as the present location for ninth through twelve grade. The high school was founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJ). It opened its doors on September 14, 1964, and was dedicated on May 5, 1967, by Cardinal James McIntyre who had asked the CSJ to open a school for girls in Lakewood. Since its founding, the school has graduated over 4,200 students.
Since 2009, Huntington Prep School was originally housed within St. Joseph Central Catholic High School, but in 2020 ended that relationship. [2] The students were regular St. Joseph's students. They had to abide by the rules and regulations of the high school.
