Great Customer Service. We were missing a part for a metal shed and could not go forward with the build. I immediately contacted ShelterLogic through their online missing parts page and received a quick response. Our Customer Service Rep. Laura Miller indicated that it would be shipped right away from the factory. UPS delivered it four days later!
Great Customer Service. I was greeted by Lee Ann, the customer service representative at Shelter Logic… She was very helpful identifying the correct part that I was looking for and she even emailed me the manual for the pergola while I was on the phone with her so I could confirm if the part in question was the correct one.

Great customer service. My Arrow shed was damaged by a contractor removing a tree from our property. I sent an email and within 30 minutes had a response from Laura Miller letting me know what I needed to do to order replacement parts and how much it would cost. If only all customer service was this prompt and professional!
