Collins Hall is a residence hall at Miami University located on the eastern side of the university's main campus in Oxford, Ohio, United States. [1] It has a 37,144 square feet and 436,000 cubic feet.
Harrison Hall is an academic building on the campus of Miami University housing the Department of Political Science and the Center for Public Management and Regional Affairs. [1] [2] It replaced an earlier building on the site built in 1818 and demolished in 1958.
Mary Lyon Residence Hall was well kept by the Miami University Physical Facilities Department. The Office of Residence Life at the university keeps tracked of who lived in the building and who worked there. In spring and summer of 2011 some work was done to re-wire the electricity so that the building was safer and able to support new technology.
Elliott was a professor at Miami University between 1849 and 1863. He was a professor of Logic and Greek Language and Literature. He received his education from a number of schools including Lafayette College, Ohio University, Hanover College, and Princeton Theological Seminary. He died in 1892 at the age of 77. [6]

In 1923 Laura Ogden Whaling donated $430,000 to Miami University to build a hall of residence in her brother's honor. Her brother, George C. Ogden, graduated from Miami in 1863 and went on to receive his medical degree from the Ohio Medical College. [1]
Dr. Upham was born March 2, 1877, and is from Eaton, Ohio. He first came to Miami University as a freshman undergraduate in 1896. [4] He received his Master's Degree from Harvard University in 1901 and his Ph.D from Columbia University in 1908. He married Mary Collins McClintock on June 28, 1905. With her he had one daughter, Margaret Louise. [5]
