Digi24 Live [1] Digi24 , often known as Digi 24 ( Romanian pronunciation: [ˈdidʒi ˌdowəˈzetʃʲ ʃi ˈpatru] ), is a 24-hour Romanian news television channel which was launched on 1 March 2012 by Digi TV .
The main operators are: Telekom TV, DIGI, Focus Sat operated by UPC Romania (the first DTH platform in Romania), FreeSat, and Orange operated by Orange Romania. Most of providers offer a small number of HD channels (10 channels), except Focus Sat (20 channels) and Orange , which is mainly dedicated to HD broadcasting with 50 channels.

Digi was founded by Zoltán Teszári, who is the majority shareholder, and has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since May 16, 2017. In 2019, Digi had a market share of 51% in Romania and the vast majority of its subscribers are connected via fiber, a process which was started in 2006.
