Aloha Stadium served as the home field of the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors college football program, representing the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, from 1975 through 2020. The Hula Bowl , a college football all-star game, was first played at the stadium in January 1976 and returned to the stadium annually through 1997.
