Momoshiki Otsutsuki is one of the two antagonists of Boruto: Naruto the Movie and a member of the main family of the Ōtsutsuki clan. A pale, androgynous man, he is a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan who was the reason Kaguya created the White Zetsu Army for, who comes to Earth to plant a new Shinju as the one he used is dying from using up its world's resources.
In the aftermath, Momoshiki suddenly takes control of Boruto's body and attacks, destroying Sasuke's Rinnegan. Before Momoshiki's death, he is accidentally helped by Katasuke and his Scientific Ninja Tool to recover his chakra. As Naruto is weakened, he passes his energy to Boruto to create an enhanced Rasengan, putting an end to Momoshiki's life. While dying, Momoshiki talks to Boruto and gives him a mysterious seal.
Sasuke manages to save Kawaki from Momoshiki, who knocks out Sasuke with a Vanishing Rasengan and corners Kawaki until he is forced to absorb Kawaki's Fire Style due to the latter setting himself on fire.
