HTV2, a television channel, was launched on October 10, 2003, as an experimental broadcast on channel 30 UHF. It was accompanied by channels HTV1 and HTV3, and initially aired for nine hours a day. However, starting from November 1, 2003, HTV2 officially extended its broadcast hours to run from 6 am to 24 hours daily.
The station uses the frequencies UHF Channel 39 (623.143 MHz), UHF Channel 43 (647.143 MHz), and UHF Channel 44 (653.143 MHz). Hope Channel Philippines and GNN: Gateway UHF Broadcasting and First United Broadcasting Corporation are conducting DTT testing using ISDB-Tb on UHF Channel 45 (659.143 MHz).
On September 19, 2018, HTV2 changed into a new name - Vie Channel. HTV3 - Movie and Entertainment 1 October 2003 The channel was managed by TVM Corporation from June 2008 to August 2010 and again from June 2014.
