The College of Medicine and the University Medical Center of EAC Cavite was sold to De La Salle University Inc., now known as De La Salle University Medical Center (DLSUMC) under the division of De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI). After that, the EAC administration focused on the development of EAC-Manila.

Two hundred thirty-four hectares were bought by the Peoples Homesite Housing Corporation [1] located 8 kilometers from the City Center of Dasmariñas [broken anchor] in 1961. It was bought at a total amount of two million and four hundred thousand pesos (P2,400,000). Later on, additional hectares were added for expansion.
