Tu Ky (Vietnamese: Tứ Kỳ) is a district of Hải Dương province in the Red River Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 167,664. The district covers an area of 168 km 2 (65 sq mi). The district capital lies at Tứ Kỳ. [1]
It belongs to Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Administration (VMHA) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment with authority to issue forecasting/warning information for weather, climate, hydrology, water resource, marine weather (i.e. hydro-meteorology) and provide hydro-meteorology services.
