Microsoft’s Outlook and Teams apps have stopped working properly amid what appears to be a major outage. Both apps are part of the Office 365 suite, Microsoft’s offering for businesses.
On Sept. 12, thousands of Microsoft 365 users reported outages, saying they were unable to sign into their email accounts or access other applications. Microsoft resolved an outage not long after.
Shortly after 8:30 a.m. ET, the company announced in a post on X that it was “investigating an issue where users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.”
