Mohamed Bachir El Ibrahimi was born on June 13, 1889 (14 Shawwal 1306 AH) in Ouled Brahem within the Arab tribe of Awlād Ibrāhīm, in a family descended from Muhammad, where he began his religious education by memorizing the Quran and studying some texts (moutoun) of Maliki jurisprudence (fiqh) with his father and uncle.
Mohamed El Bachir Belloumi (Arabic: محمد البشير بلومي; born 1 June 2002) is an Algerian footballer who plays as a winger for EFL Championship club Hull City. He is the son of Algerian former footballer Lakhdar Belloumi .
The institution began in 1985 [2] with the opening of a higher education institute in mechanics, followed in 1989 by institutes of civil engineering and urban management. In 1992, it became a university center and, in 2001, it achieved university status [3] with four faculties and 23 departments. [4]
