East Hempfield Elementary School (1958–2007) was a primary school located in eastern Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania. Originally, East Hempfield served approximately 200 students in grades 1–6. Later, it served students in K-2. After students finished second grade, they would attend West Point Elementary School. The school was built in 1958.

Hempfield Township was one of the original townships set off when the boundaries of Lancaster County were surveyed in 1729. At that time, it included the present areas of East Hempfield Township, West Hempfield Township, Manor Township, and the Boroughs of Columbia, Mountville, and East Petersburg.
In 1978, they built their second headquarters at 257 Centerville Road in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This building was demolished and rebuilt as a new location. It opened in March 2023.
