East Wenona was a village in Osage Township, LaSalle County, Illinois, United States. [1] [2] East Winona was located on the eastern border of the city of Wenona in Marshall County. The village was incorporated on May 7, 1908, and had a population of 367 in 1910 and 333 in 1920. [3] The village disincorporated between 1925 and 1927.
As of the census [5] of 2000, there were 44 people, 16 households, and 12 families residing in the village. The population density was 29.2 inhabitants per square mile (11.3/km 2).
