It actually displays fine on my cellphone, using the same network connection. Report abuse. Using Google Chrome, I lost my portfolios/watchlist in MSN Money yesterday and has not returned. This has happened in the past but always comes back later in the day or the next day. The drop down in the upper left hand corner had several portfolios and now all are missing. I have tried logging off and back on as well a rebooting.
I've been using the "Money" app with Windows 10 for a few months, adding items to my watchlist as I go, and I recently downloaded the app to my Android phone as well. I synched and added more items to my watchlist and all was going well until last week.
To do this, go to the Settings app on your iOS device, tap on "General," then "iPhone Storage." Find the MSN Money app in the list and tap on it, then tap "Delete App" to remove it from your device. The link you provided was relating to importing watch lists. I was not importing a watch list but starting from scratch and typing it into the Money App. However, since I wrote this question the Money app seems to have resolved itself and is now retaining the watch list. I don't know what happened, ( maybe an update) but all is okay for the moment.
Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist (s). If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to the above steps if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
