Kiryat HaYovel (Hebrew: קריית היובל) is a neighborhood in southwestern Jerusalem on Mount Herzl. It was built in the early 1950s to house Jewish refugees who fled the Arab world . [ 1 ] Today, Kiryat HaYovel has a population of 25,000 residents.
