New York State Route 101 (NY 101) is a 3.58-mile (5.76 km) long state highway in northwestern Nassau County, New York, in the United States. It runs north–south as Port Washington Boulevard from NY 25A in Flower Hill , west of Roslyn and east of Manhasset , to Astor Lane in Sands Point .

County Route 104 is a north–south highway connecting CR 80 in Quogue to NY 24, CR 63 and CR 94 just outside Riverhead. Much of CR 104 runs through the David Allen Sarnoff Pine Barrens Preserve, a major New York State Conservation Area, that was once owned by Radio Corporation of America. The state-maintained section of NY 102 was improved to state highway standards as part of a project contracted out by the state of New York on September 20, 1907. A total of 7.09 miles (11.41 km) of highway were rebuilt as part of the $81,000 project (equivalent to $2.75 million in 2025), including all of modern NY 105.

New York State Route 100C (NY 100C) is an east–west spur route of NY 100 located in Westchester County, New York, in the United States.The road is entirely within the town of Greenburgh, running for 1.24 miles (2.00 km) from an intersection with NY 9A (Saw Mill River Road) to a junction with NY 100 and NY 100A just east of the Sprain Brook Parkway.
