Juliette finds the magic stick but it repels her and she has flashbacks of the night when Nick used the stick to heal her. Nick, Roaslee and Monroe discover the Wesen responsible for kidnapping the child, it turns out to be a Cuegle type. It claims he has visions of the babies' futures, and only eats those who will grow up to do truly terrible ...
Nick confronts Adalind, who says she will name the royal she is working for if he hands over the key. Nick moves out of Juliette's house and into Monroe's spare room. Monroe shows him a TV police briefing he recorded given by the person who was making out with Juliette. Nick is stunned to see it is Renard. Meanwhile, Renard has located the trailer.

The next day as Alicia tells them that she has found a new apartment, Juliette tells her that Nick is a Grimm. She freaks out and as Nick is calming her down, Joe arrives and knocks Nick out and tries to drag Alicia away. Juliette beats Joe, and when Nick comes around and re-enters the fray, Joe says “You are a Grimm; don’t kill me.”
By contrast, Grimm is an almost leisurely paced show, one that lays the groundwork for its reveals so what happens feels like the natural order of things. If anything, its problem is that it lays too much groundwork for too many things, to the point that events get subsumed by the weight of plot or mythology and the payoff gets muted."
Nick, Hank and Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) find a reel film in the trailer showing a Grimm interrogating an Anubis Wesen. They deduce that Herman is an Anubis and wants to steal the mummy from the university. Nick and Hank warn Gates but she doesn't listen. Nick goes to Monroe's house and finds Alexander (Spencer Conway) there.
