The Quốc âm thi tập (國音詩集 "National pronunciation poetry collection") [a] is a collection of Vietnamese poetry written in the vernacular chữ Nôm script attributed to Nguyễn Trãi (chữ Hán: 阮廌).
Trần Thị Dung was born in Lưu Gia village (now Hưng Hà, Thái Bình) as daughter of Trần Lý, leader of Trần clan who made their great fortune by fishing, and younger sister of Trần Thừa, the future first Retired Emperor of the Trần dynasty.
He was born Trần An Dũng in Vietnam in 1795. He took the name Andrew at his baptism (Anrê Dũng) and was ordained a priest on 15 March 1823. [2] During persecution, Andrew Dũng changed his name to Lạc to avoid capture, and thus he is memorialised as Andrew Dũng-Lạc (Anrê Dũng Lạc). [3]
