Offspring are large, well developed — newborns weigh over 200 grams or 0.44 pounds or 7.1 ounces, which is about a quarter of the weight of the mother — and develop rapidly. Within six weeks, they eat solid food, and at three months of age, they are independent.
Ark: Survival Evolved is an action-adventure survival game set in an open world environment with a dynamic day-night cycle and played either from a third-person or first-person perspective. To survive, players must establish a base, with a fire and weapons; additional activities, such as taming and feeding dinosaurs, require more resources. [4]

Three species are recognized within Mesopropithecus: [2]. M. pithecoides, described in 1905, was the first species to be formally named. [1] Its specific name, pithecoides, derives from the Greek word pithekos, meaning "monkey" or "ape", and the Greek suffix -oides, meaning "like" or "form", and reflects Standing's impression that the animal resembled monkeys in form.
Langurs will raid crops and steal food from houses, and this causes people to persecute them. [68] While people may feed them in temples, they do not extend such care to monkeys at their homes. [69] Langurs stealing and biting people to get food in urban areas may also contribute to more persecutions. [70]
Domestication and taming are related but distinct concepts. Taming is the conditioned behavioral modification of a wild-born animal when its natural avoidance of humans is reduced and it accepts the presence of humans, but domestication is the permanent genetic modification of a bred lineage that leads to an inherited predisposition toward humans.
The Ark is designed to preserve at-risk foods that are sustainably produced, unique in taste, and part of a distinct ecoregion. Contrary to the most literal definition of plant and animal conservation , the Ark of Taste aims to maintain edibles in its purview by actively encouraging their cultivation for consumption. [ 1 ]
