In July 1998 he became a faculty member of the Indiana University School of Optometry where as a professor he taught biochemistry and corneal physiology. From January 2005 to August 2007 he was associate dean, and later held the same position at the Academic Affairs and Student Administration .
LPSM was renamed to the Indiana Medical College in 1846 and would ultimately merge into the ICMC in 1851; the ICMC would itself close in 1852. John S. Bobbs, c. 1870. Adams spent his childhood in Kew, Victoria and obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Melbourne in December 1962. In 1963, he got an invitation to move to Indiana University Bloomington to obtain a Ph.D. under the supervision of Gordon Heath.
