Opera North is an American opera company based in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and is the region's oldest professional opera company. Lebanon (/ ˈ l ɛ b ən ə n / LEB-ən-ən) is the only city in Grafton County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 14,282 at the 2020 census, [4] up from 13,151 at the 2010 census. [5] Lebanon is in western New Hampshire, south of Hanover, near the Connecticut River.
Colburn Park is located a short way south and east of the Mascoma River, whose generally east–west route is interrupted by a semicircular bend to the north, within which lies the center of Lebanon. The park's origin is in 1792, when the land was donated by Robert Colburn as the site of the community's meeting house (church and town hall).

The Wakefield Town Hall and Opera House is prominently located in the center of Sanbornville, at the northeast corner of High Street and Meadow Street (New Hampshire Route 109). It is a two-story masonry structure, built out of brick with granite trim. It is covered by a hip roof pierced by single wide gable dormers on its street-facing facades.
