In 1984, she was remarried to Wang Jingqing, a bodyguard to Mao Zedong and Chief of Staff of the Nujiang Army Division of Kunming Military Region. As a result of her marriage to Wang, Xu Xiaoning changed his name to Wang Xiaozhi. Xu himself is married and has two children. Wang Jingqing died on 1 March 2021, at the age of 94, from an illness. Mao Anqing (Chinese: 毛岸青; pinyin: Máo Ànqīng; 23 November 1924 – 23 March 2007) was the last surviving son of Mao Zedong, Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party. He was the second son of Mao and his wife, Yang Kaihui. He had a mental illness, possibly schizophrenia. [1] He worked as a translator and never became active in politics.
