Dhofar Liberation Front (DLF) (Arabic: جبهة تحرير ظفار) was a communist front that was established to create a separatist state in Dhofar, the southernmost province of Oman, which shared a border with South Yemen. [1] The DLF was established by Marxist–Leninist [2] youth in Salalah in 1965.
