Fack ju Göhte (intentional misspelling of "Fuck you, Goethe") is a 2013 German comedy film directed and written by Bora Dağtekin and starring Elyas M'Barek and Karoline Herfurth, while Max von der Groeben and Jella Haase appear in supporting roles. The film was produced by Rat Pack Filmproduktion in coproduction with Constantin Film.
Windstorm (German: Ostwind) is a 2013 German adventure film about a horse named Windstorm (German: Ostwind) directed by Katja von Garnier. [1] It is the first movie of a series about the titular horse. Windstorm was portrayed by three different horses.
The film was extremely popular on release and drew 3,294,985 viewers [2] (the GDR had a population at the time of around 17 million). However, due to the film's political overtones it was almost not released. East German leader Erich Honecker personally decided to allow it to be shown. Today it is one of the best-known East German films.
